With more than 30 years in the field of property management, HRH principal, Renee Engelen possesses extraordinary knowledge and expertise about property management and ownership. She brings her extensive past experience as a small business owner, manager, and landlord as well as her skills in licensing and contracts negotiation, to her clients. Her years in planning, building, operating, buying and selling firms and real estate has given her an unique insight into the needs, problems, issues and motivations of entrepreneurs, investors and business professionals who are looking for qualified representation in the management of real estate assets, negotiating transactions, and real estate and business consulting.
Renee's philosophy of building strong communities is the basis of her involvement as a board member of the Professional Property Managers Association of San Francisco, as well as other national and local associations and charities.
Julie Sommer comes to HRH Real Estate Services with over 20 years in commercial real estate. Her extensive experience with managing properties totaling over 750,000sf, construction management, lease negotiations, vendor management and numerous major capital improvement projects perfectly aligns with HRH’s practices. Her dedication to the industry and passion for leasing and management has earned her a designation of Real Property Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
